Schedule

We shall fly to Mumbai on 21 August, travel by train to Delhi and then fly to Leh in Ladakh. We shall need a few days to acclimatise to the altitude, visiting some of the superb Buddhist monasteries, which abound in Ladakh. A day’s drive takes us to the road head and it will probably take us three days to reach base camp at the beginning of September.
We shall spend September climbing and exploring to return to the United Kingdom on 7 October.
